William Miller, co-founder of Values Centered Innovation Enablement Services, is an internationally recognized expert in values-centered corporate innovation with over 25 years of experience. He leads the development of thought leadership and intellectual capital at VCI, drawing on a distinguished career that includes serving as President of the Global Creativity Corporation (since 1987) and Head of Innovation Management at SRI International in the 1980s. Earlier, he was Corporate Manager of Training and Development for Victor Equipment Co., the largest U.S. manufacturer of gas-welding equipment.
Naveen Lakkur, is a Co-Founder at VCI and also Chief Innovation Coach at the Institute of Inspiring Innovation. He is a serial entrepreneur turned innovation coach with over 25 years of global industry experience. Through his training programs, major corporations like Dell R&D, Mercedes-Benz Research & Development, Standard Chartered Bank, TCS Health Care, and Crimson Logic have built innovation competencies within their teams. Passionate about inspiring enterprises and entrepreneurs to innovate, Naveen has co-founded multiple successful ventures and has been instrumental in transforming over 250 ideas into commercial realities.
